- Download the Individual Registration Form (PDF).
- Print out and complete the registration form.
- Post your completed form, together with a cheque for payment, to the address below.
Deadline
The last day for Postal Registration is Wednesday, 29 February 2012. You can register after this date by visiting one of the Late-Entry booths around Auckland.

Team Entry
Required Steps
- Download the Team Registration Form (PDF) and the Team List Form (PDF).
- Print out and complete both forms. You may print as many copies of the Team List Form as required to list all team members.
- Post your completed forms, together with a cheque for payment, to the address below.
