Terms and Conditions

By entering the Ports of Auckland Round the Bays, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The 2010 entry form must be completed in full.
2. No registration will be accepted without full payment of all associated registration fees.
3. All participants must wear an official runner-number bib on their chest.
4. Participants must comply with the instructions of the police or identified officials.
5. Each participant...
   • Accepts complete responsibility for any injury, damage, loss of any description of life or property during the course of, or as a consequence of, or in any way associated with, the Ports of Auckland Round the Bays Fun Run;
   • Waives any right to take action against any individual, group or organisation involved with or engaged in the promotion or staging of the Ports of Auckland Round the Bays Fun Run;
   • Has read the conditions of entry and agrees to conform to them.

6. No refunds will be given on entry fees.
