BBQ Sites

There are two types of barbecue site available:

Standard BBQ Sites

Standard barbecue sites measuring 7m x 7m are available at either Madill's Farm or Glover Park. Each site costs $280 + GST. You may book multiple adjoining sites if required.

Corporate Village & Marquee Site

The Corporate Village is an all-inclusive package of site and marquee situated in the most desirable area of either Madill's Farm or Glover Park. This is the easiest and most cost-effective way of entertaining your team after the run.

For $650 + GST your team gets:

  • A 6m x 6m prime site
  • A 6m x 3m marquee
  • A 6m x 3m courtyard with picket fencing
  • 1 allocated carpark

Larger sites are available:

  • A 6m x 12m site with 6m x 6m marquee and 2 carparks for $1300 + GST

Please note that booking more than one 6m x 12m corporate village site is not permitted. If you require a space greater than 6m x 12m, consider booking 4 or more Standard sites and erecting your own marquee.

Site Placement

Please note that although you may specify a preferred location, the number of available sites is limited and allocation of sites is at the sole discretion of the organisers.

Maps of the start and finish points for the run, and of the two BBQ site locations are available in the Maps section. It is important that your team members know exactly where to assemble upon completion of the run — every year hundreds of participants end up at the wrong park.
