CATERSTATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Each participant (Participant) who purchases a lunch package from CaterStation agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledges that these terms and conditions may be subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Stuff Limited (Stuff) and CaterStation without notice to the purchaser.

Agreement Waiver and Indemnity:

By purchasing a lunch package from CaterStation, the purchaser agrees to the following:

1. General

By placing an order with CaterStation ("the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by  these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you  may not place an order with the Company. 

2. Payment and Pricing

All final payments must be made at least 3 days prior to the event. 

Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Agreement. 

3. Cancellations and Amendments 

All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to orders@caterstation.co.nz. 

Cancellations made 3 days prior to the event are eligible for a 100% refund unless in relation to a mass cancellation event. 

Amendments to the order may be subject to additional charges. 

4. Liability

The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by its services or  products unless such loss, damage, or injury is a direct result of the Company's gross  negligence or wilful misconduct. 

The Company's total liability for any and all claims relating to the services provided  shall not exceed the total cost of the Client’s order. 

5. Government-Related Lockdowns

If a government-mandated lockdown occurs with at least 72 hours' notice prior to the  event date, the Company will hold a credit for the value of the order to be used within 1  year from the original event date. 

If a lockdown occurs with less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours' notice, a credit of  75% of the value of the order will be held for use within 1 year from the original event  date. 

If a lockdown occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, no credit will be offered. However,  if allowed by government regulations, the food will be made available for collection  from the Company’s location in Grey Lynn, or donated at the Client's request to  Auckland City Mission or a similar organisation. 

6. Force Majeure

Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform any of its obligations if such failure is  caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government  actions, excluding government-related lockdowns as described above.

Allergen policy

CaterStation will do their utmost to maintain separation with allergen products, but the risk of cross contamination does exist. They have a small kitchen that processes dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, alliums and other allergens.

GF - No added Gluten ingredients; DF - No added Dairy ingredients; Vegan - No added animal products; H - Halal certified meats (processed within a kitchen that processes non halal meats however cooking practices maintain separation).

All breads, Slaws sauce and condiments are Vegan. All slaws, sauces and condiments are GF.
