Our Hospitality Package options

Book a Hospitality Package, share stories and sweaty high-fives! Round the Bays is the ultimate team building event and our Hospitality Packages offer the perfect way for you all to come together and celebrate your achievements.

What are you waiting for?

1. Choose a Hospo Package(s) to suit your team's needs
Our Whetu, Rā and Maunga packages include a covered marquee site, whilst our Whenua Package includes an open grass site (no marquee or equipment is included). Due to the set up of the hospo sites, we aren't able to allocate marquee sites next to Whenua grass sites.

Be sure to have enough hospo sites to accommodate all of your team members. We don’t want anyone to miss out! Each site can fit 30 team members, or less, if you have additional furniture/equipment on your site.

2. Book your catering
We've joined forces with our friends at St Pierres to offer hassle-free kai for you and your team mates at your hospo site!

Skip the lunch time scramble and place your order via the entry form when you purchase your hospo packages.

3. Reduce your environmental footprint
Reducing our environmental footprint is key, so it is mandatory for all site holders to use compostable or reusable serviceware for the Auckland and Christchurch events. Only reusable serviceware products may be used for the Wellington event.

4. Site Manager's Guide
Closer to the event we will send you our Site Manager's Guide full of useful information to help you prepare for the big day including pack in and pack out times.

“Taking part in this event is part of our people engagement strategy. It’s awesome to have everyone out and about and to connect with staff across the business. If we didn’t book a hospo site it would be so hard to meet up afterwards! This way, we know we have a spot, the BBQ is cranking and we can all relax and celebrate together.”
