Kia ora! Thank you for putting a team together for Southern Cross Round the Bays Wellington 2026 – it's going to be an epic event!

This page is full of useful information for you and your team members to help you prepare for the big day.  We can't wait to see you there!

Get set for the day

Our Wellington Hospo Zone is located at the finish line at Kilbirnie Park on the north eastern side of the park.

Hospitality Vehicle Access Pass

The Hospitality Vehicle Access Pass entitles ONE vehicle to access your hospitality site to drop off your gear during pack in and pick up your things post event from 2.00pm.

No cars are to be parked on your site during the event. There will be parking close by.

Please print out your Access Pass from the link below and display it on your dashboard BEFORE you enter Kilbirnie Park.

To ensure safe and easy access for all participants and vehicles, please keep access areas clear at all times. The pass includes information on entry and exit points, as well as routes around the park.

Health & Safety Induction

At Stuff Events, we want to ensure the safety of all users at Kilbirnie Park. Kilbirnie Park is a public space, so please be aware of pedestrians and other users of the park at all times.

When bringing a vehicle onto the park, please ensure that it is escorted by someone on foot. Each vehicle should have a driver and a ‘walker.’ The speed limit at Kilbirnie Park is walking pace only (5kmph). The walking person must wear a Hi-Vis vest and maintain a lookout for potential hazards. Please drive with your headlights and hazard lights on to help increase your visibility.

Please ensure that you have completed your Health and Safety Induction form before arriving on site. Your suppliers will need to complete the Health and Safety Induction form too before entering the park.

Temporary Road Closures & Parking Restrictions

To avoid any delays, we highly recommend that you plan your travel and allow for extra time.

Bib Collection

If you've selected to collect your team members' bibs on their behalf, please make your way to Bib Collection to pick them up. If not, your team members will need to pick up their own bibs from bib collection.

Access times

You can access Kilbirnie Park to set up your site during the following Pack In and Pack Out times:

Pack in:
  • Saturday 14 February: 9.00am - 4.00pm
  • Sunday 15 February: 5.00am - 7.00am
Pack out:
  • Sunday 16 February: 2.00pm - 5.00pm

Please note there will be strictly no vehicle movement permitted on Kilbirnie Park between 7.00am and 2.00pm on Sunday 16 February.

Team Bibs

You can collect your team members’ bibs and timing tags. Simply download your Team List from your team's my.roundthebays.co.nz Event Dashboard and bring that with you. Remember to let your team members know that you are collecting their bibs for them!
